Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All digital products — including the Maltese Grooming Blueprint — are backed by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your digital purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a refund, email us at support@groomathome.com with your name and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Physical Products — 7-Day Return Window
For any physical products purchased from Groom at Home, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be in new and unused condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
To return a physical item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email support@groomathome.com within 7 business days of receiving your order
- Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Step 3: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products requested for refund after the 30-day guarantee window
- Physical items returned after 7 business days of receipt
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
